How to view map based territories

Visualize your territories using the Map tab. This feature applies to those hierarchies that are created using map hierarchy.  

Steps to view map-based territories

1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
2. Click Manage Accounts on the Territories tile.  
3. Select the hierarchy of your choice from the Segmentation panel on the left to visualize your territory.

4. If the hierarchy was created using the map hierarchy, a Map tab will display on the screen aligned with the other tabs which are Segments, Target, Assignments, Balancer, and Capacity.

   
   

   When does the Map tab show up?

   The Map tab can only be seen if the hierarchy you have selected was created using the map hierarchy.

5. Click on the Map tab.
6. A map view displays the territories of the hierarchy on the map.
