Activating and Deactivating policies


This article provides direction in activating and deactivating policies in Fullcast. For convenience, users can create policies and leave them disabled, activating them only when needed. To proceed, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
  2. Click Manage Policies by Territory on the Policies tile. 
  3. Click the actions button on the respective policy and select enable or disable depending on the available options. 

Policies can be activated or deactivated only in active plans.
