Quota Relief

As a sales leader, there may be occasions where you need to adjust quotas, or even reduce them, to incentivize your sales representatives. Ensuring fair and accurate quotas for territories is crucial for your business. With Targets, you can provide quota relief through the Relief tab. 

Steps to Add Quota Relief:

1. Select the target you wish to adjust from the Targets tab.
2. From the Targets Operations Menu [...], choose View Details/Edit from the dropdown menu.
3. Navigate to the Relief Tab.
4. To add quota relief, click the blue Relief+ button in the top right corner.

5. The process for adding quota relief is similar to adjusting targets. Provide a description of the relief, and click the pencil icon under the Action column to edit the grid. Enter the appropriate relief amount per month.
6. Once satisfied with the changes, click Confirm to apply. The target amount will be recalculated and reflected in the Tops Down vs Bottoms Up tab.

Steps to edit the relief amount

1. Select the target you want to adjust from the Targets tab.
2. From the Targets Operations Menu [...], choose View Details/Edit from the dropdown menu.
3. Go to the Relief Tab.
4. To edit quota relief, click the gray pencil icon on the relief entry you wish to edit.
5. Modify the description and click the pencil icon under the Action column to adjust the relief amount per month.
6. Acknowledge any warnings and click Confirm to apply changes. The target amount will be recalculated accordingly.

Steps to remove quota relief

1. Select the target you'd like to adjust from the Targets tab.
2. From the Targets Operations Menu [...], choose View Details/Edit from the drop-down list.
3. Navigate to the Relief Tab.
4. To remove quota relief, click the gray [X] button on the far right of the quota relief entry.
5. Acknowledge any warnings and click Confirm to proceed. The target amount will be recalculated without the relief and reflected in the Tops Down vs Bottoms Up tab.
