Create an Event Subscription

Create an Event Subscription

You can receive detailed information about all the events you have worked on during the day either through email notifications or via an HTTPS environment. This can be achieved by setting up a subscription.

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable.
  2. Click the Settings icon (gear) and select Audit.
  3. Click the Event Subscription tab and click the Create New icon (green and white plus sign).

  1. Select the appropriate protocol: Email or HTTPS.

If you choose email, provide the email address where you want the event descriptions to be sent. If you select HTTPS, input the HTTPS address where the events should be listed.

  1. Choose the topic for which you wish to subscribe.

Note: Depending on the selected topic, you will see a list of related sub-topics in the dropdown menu. Select the specific sub-topics you want to receive event descriptions for. Un-selecting a topic will also deselect all of its related sub-topics.

  1. Once you have chosen all the necessary details, if you have opted for email notifications, you will receive a confirmation email. After confirming the email you will start receiving details of the day’s events.
