Edit Hierarchy Rules in Teams

Want to edit nodes in your team?

If you wish to edit your existing team nodes, you will need to recreate them based on the new rules as the existing nodes have been deleted. 

Steps to edit teams

1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
2. Click Manage Accounts on the Territories tile. 
3. Locate the node in the hierarchy on the left you wish to edit. 
4. Click the More Options icon (three vertical dots) and select Edit. 

5. Select the applicable option and click Next. 

6. Complete the required configurations and click Save.
