How to View Territories by Role Assigned

Enable a View of the Hierarchy Based on the Role Assignments

1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
2. Click Plans and click Manage Accounts under the Territories section. 
3. Click the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) and select Show Role Details from the dropdown menu. 
4. Select the role you would like to view and click Confirm.

You will now see the name of the person assigned to that role in the hierarchy view.  If there is no active assignment for that node, "TBD" will be displayed.
